About the Role
You will be responsible for:
* Running landscaping jobs from start to finish
* Setting out sites, levels and falls
* Building retaining walls
* Fencing installation
* Irrigation systems and basic plumbing
* Coordinating materials and keeping jobs moving
* Leading and directing a labourer on-site
* Ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
* Solid experience in structural landscaping (not just soft landscaping)
* Confident setting levels and reading site plans
* Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions on-site
* Experience supervising or directing other workers
* Strong work ethic and pride in your work
* Current driver’s licence (truck licence a bonus)
* Machine experience (bobcat/excavator) highly regarded
