About the Role
We are seeking a fully qualified Cabinet Maker / Joiner who can:
* Think beyond standard construction methods
* Adapt to custom, non-standard builds
* Deliver high-quality work on complex joinery projects
We are not a production workshop; we focus on quality, detail and delivering work we are proud to stand behind. This is hands-on, craftsmanship-driven joinery suited to tradespeople who take genuine pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities
* Manufacture and assemble custom commercial joinery (not kitchen production)
* Read and interpret detailed drawings
* Problem-solve and adapt to unique project requirements
* Operate workshop machinery (panel saw, edgebander, CNC, etc.)
* Assist with on-site installations as required
* Contribute ideas and practical solutions to complex builds
Requirements
* Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery (essential)
* Experience beyond standard kitchen production
* Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
* Ability to work independently and problem-solve effectively
* Confidence working on custom, one-off designs
* Reliable, with a strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
Additional skills such as metalwork, spray finishing, or laminating will be highly regarded.
