We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO, Board and Executive Leadership Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to take on a fast-paced, high-energy role where they will have real impact across the business.
Key responsibilities include managing diaries, preparing briefing materials, organising meetings, and maintaining organisational coordination. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently while building strong relationships across the organisation.
Key requirements for success in this role include demonstrated experience providing executive or high-level administrative support, strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment, a high level of professionalism with strong judgement, confidentiality, and discretion, excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, high digital literacy, and a proactive mindset. A Working with Vulnerable People card is also required.
