Facility Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Facility Manager to lead a supportive, high‑performing team in a medium‑sized aged care home. This permanent position is open to both clinical (RN) and non‑clinical leaders, with full clinical governance support available. You'll be empowered to drive service excellence, nurture staff development, and uphold the highest standards of resident care and compliance.

Summary: Step into a senior leadership role with a highly regarded not‑for‑profit aged care provider, overseeing a medium‑sized residential facility in the South Burnett region. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations including staffing, rostering, budgets, and occupancy management.
* Ensure delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Partner with Clinical Managers and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care outcomes.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and quality assurance programmes.
* Foster a positive workplace culture built on collaboration, accountability, and empathy.
* Manage resident admissions, eligibility, and family engagement with professionalism and care.
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in residential aged care or related health/operational environments.
* Clinical background (RN) preferred but not essential – strong leadership is key.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
* Experience managing budgets, compliance, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Relevant tertiary qualification (Nursing, Business, or Aged Care Leadership) or equivalent experience.
* Current Queensland Driver's Licence and valid NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check.
