Overview
We are seeking a family lawyer, preferably with at least 3 years post-admission experience, who has the ability to run their own files. Admission to practice law in Australia is required at the time of application. The position covers children and financial matters. The salary is negotiable according to experience. The position can be tailored to meet the experience and interests of the successful candidate.
Responsibilities
* Meet clients and conduct interviews.
* Handle a varied workload covering children and financial matters.
* Ability to work in other areas of law, such as criminal law, restraining orders, and Wills.
* Work in a friendly team; mentoring and support for more junior solicitors will be provided.
Qualifications
* Admitted to practice law in Australia with at least 3 years post-admission experience.
* Ability to run their own files.
