About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property / Real Estate Photographer & Graphic Designer to join our boutique real estate agency in Cairns on a full-time basis.
As our dedicated in-house photographer & graphic designer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality property marketing imagery that showcases homes at their absolute best. You will work from our onsite studio and collaborate closely with our sales team to produce premium marketing campaigns.
This is a stable, long-term opportunity for a creative professional who values quality, consistency, and brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Photograph residential properties (interior & exterior)
* Conduct twilight and lifestyle shoots
* Drone photography (where licenced)
* Edit and retouch images to a high professional standard
* Upload and manage image files within company systems
* Coordinate shoot schedules with agents and vendors
* Maintain photography and studio equipment
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in real estate or architectural photography
* Strong portfolio demonstrating composition, lighting & editing
* Advanced skills in editing software
* Advanced skills in graphic design
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
* Professional communication and presentation
* Current Driver’s Licence (essential)
* Reliable vehicle (essential)
* Drone Licence (preferred or willingness to obtain)
