First Line Engineering Pty Ltd have recently been experiencing a higher-than-normal workload and are currently seeking a dedicated Boilermaker Rigger/Dogman who has extensive experience in structural steel industry. This position currently offers casual hours - Monday to Friday, with weekends available. First Line Engineering Pty Ltd.'s workshop is based on Brisbane Road in Biggera Waters on the Gold Coast (near Harbour Town DFO) however, you will be required to travel to each project site as required.
The successful applicant will have the following:
- Must have an Industry White Card
- Must have a Riggers Ticket and Dogman Ticket
- Able to work with Site Erection Drawings, including Setout's, Grids & RL's
- Must have an EWP Ticket, HRW Licence
- Solid work ethic and positive attitude, with the desire to work hard and efficiently.
- Site Experience of a minimum of 2 years installing Structural Steel.
- Able to work unsupervised, in a team environment.
- Able to communicate politely with relevant Builders and Site Supervisors
- Have a valid manual driver's licence and a reliable travel source to and from project sites.
- Physically fit, sufficient experience operating hand tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Cert III Engineering/ Fabrication
