About the Role:
This role is responsible for providing operational support to ensure smooth functioning of all administration activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain office systems, manage records and oversee daily operations.
* Ensure accurate and organized record keeping, including financial, personnel and legal information.
* Coordinate meetings, arrange travel and communicate with other departments.
* Supervise administrative staff, provide support to employees and clients and assist with HR-related tasks.
* Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance and repairs and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Manage data in spreadsheets and reports, update databases and prepare reports.
* Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline, 5+ years of relevant experience.
