About the Role
In this role, you will:
Drive strategic engagement with key accounts, fostering long‑term partnerships.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute account strategies aligned with global business goals.
Identify and execute cross‑selling and upselling opportunities across service lines.
Lead pursuit teams, including SMEs and Commercial Operations, to secure complex deals.
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM.
What You Bring
7–10 years of experience in business development, in life sciences or pharmaceutical companies.
Proven expertise in client relationship management and strategic account planning.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred).
Additional advantage: Key account management experience and negotiation training.
