Your new role
Reporting to the Factory Manager, as a Process Worker you'll be responsible for:
* Operation of moulding machines
* Monitor quality and detect and report any defects
* Pack and count final product ready for dispatch
* Following safe work procedures
* Fork lift operation
* Manual handling
* Maintaining a clean work environment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must demonstrate proven experience operating fixed plant equipment within a manufacturing environment. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
* Reliability and a commitment to work
* An eye for detail and focus on quality
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to interpret instructions and specifications
* A current forklift licence.
