Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement data-driven solutions to inform organisational operations and strategic planning
* Conduct in-depth research and analysis of complex datasets to identify trends and insights
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement data collection methods and mechanisms
* Provide high-level written and interpersonal communication skills, particularly the ability to prepare complex reports and briefings
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in mathematical modelling, statistical analysis, and data visualisation using Microsoft SQL Server Studio and Microsoft Excel
* Demonstrated research and analytical skills for investigating issues and analysing trends associated with correctional environments
* Demonstrated experience and capability in completing project and program data analysis across multiple complex projects
* Formal qualifications in statistics, mathematics or data science (or a related discipline) would be highly regarded
