A challenging and dynamic role as a Principal Management Consultant is available in the public sector. In this position, you will oversee and structure consulting workstreams, manage client engagements, and contribute to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead multi-stream engagements, ensuring high-quality project delivery and successful management of client relationships and internal teams.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships within the public sector, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring successful project outcomes.
* Collaborate with colleagues to conduct detailed analyses, interpret data, and deliver actionable insights that guide decision-making.
* Lead workshops with executive teams and boards to shape and implement strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, generating ideas, and preparing proposals and client presentations.
* Represent the firm in media relations, client knowledge-sharing sessions, and at industry conferences.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5+ years of consulting experience, with a particular focus on public sector engagements.
* Proven ability to leverage your connections for project success and business development.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to help clients navigate complex challenges.
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and build trust with senior leaders.
* Confidence in presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
* Experience managing multiple projects and working autonomously in dynamic environments.
