Key responsibilities:
This exciting role involves supporting the marketing manager with a shopping centre portfolio, primarily focusing on executing campaigns. Additionally, this position includes various administrative tasks to assist the marketing team, such as:
- Provide general marketing support to the portfolio such as management of marketing inbox.
- Responsible for the creation & deployment of templates, approval of property press ads etc.
- Assist the Marketing team with Centre campaigns.
- Communicate with tenants regarding marketing activities, sales collection, and promotions.
- Review, proof & edit changes to marketing collateral, such as brochures and website content.
- Assist with event coordination, project management & execution.
- Administration duties include invoices, meeting minutes, etc

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or relevant discipline.
- Experience managing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in the property industry will be advantageous.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High level of attention to detail in both visual and written communications.
