Position Description:
This role offers variety in your day-to-day duties, including responsibilities such as weekly payroll for 100 employees, interpreting various employment contracts and awards, payment of superannuation and tax, processing new starters, terminations, and payroll adjustments, bank reconciliations, processing of invoices and timely payment of invoices, handling queries from suppliers and customers, various reporting duties, and providing support to the finance team as required.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Payroll & Accounts roles and possess attributes such as ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, passion for accounts and a desire to complete tasks to a high standard, willingness to hit the ground running, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills, honesty, reliability, and dedication. Experience with MYOB is essential.
