About the Role
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our asphalt and civil construction teams in north Brisbane.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with all stages of roadworks, from site preparation to final finishing
* Supporting the crew on the ground and operating machinery where required (with training provided)
* Adhering to safety protocols and following direction from site supervisors
Requirements
* A valid Construction Induction Card is essential
* Experience operating plant or machinery (Rollers, Pavers, Skid Steers – preferred but not essential)
* Ability to pass pre-employment checks including drug and alcohol screening
* Reliability, punctuality, and readiness to work ASAP
* Safety focus and ability to follow instructions in high-risk environments
* Availability across a range of shift times (including nights and weekends)
