Our client is seeking an experienced knife hand to assist in the production kitchen. Sourcing from like-minded partners locally and across the country to provide cutting meats to order and product ranging from premium to value.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Safe food handling
* Trimming skills required to meet our company specifications (e.g. beef, lamb, and pork)
* Packing, loading and unloading
* Adhering to safety policies and procedures
* Organisational ability including time management & task prioritisation
Essentials:
* Experience as a Butcher/Knife hand
* Advanced knife skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
* Excellent communication skills and presentation
* Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screen
