Securitisation Manager
The role of Securitisation Manager is a critical position in the Treasury Finance team, responsible for overseeing the daily cash calculations and disbursements of trust collection accounts, monthly waterfalls and distributions.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of process improvement and strong systems acumen, with experience in treasury or related functions of an ADI. They will be responsible for implementing identified improvements, automating reporting and validating and testing changes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily cash calculations and disbursements of trust collection accounts, monthly waterfalls and distributions.
* Implement identified improvements to create a robust, scalable and efficient operational framework to support the increased securitisation activity.
* Automate reporting and validate and test changes.
* Assist merger and acquisition considerations for Trust Management and accounting activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards with a proven ability for practical application of that knowledge.
* An existing knowledge of securitisation related prudential standards.
* Strong systems acumen and Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
* Strong communications skills, with the ability to explain detailed and technical information in a simple way.
* Proven track record of process improvement.
* Ability to document processes, identify risks and implement controls.
