Permanent Opportunity
We're looking for a highly detail-oriented leader to take on the role of Customer Communications Manager!
This role is accountable for the governance, quality, consistency and optimisation of all customer communications across the lifecycle. You'll ensure every customer letter, email and SMS is compliant, customer-centric, operationally sound and aligned to brand and behavioural science principles.
You will lead the communications function end-to-end – owning version control, change governance, go-live readiness and risk oversight – while driving continuous improvement across customer collateral.
What are we looking for?
* A leader with experience in customer communications, document governance, compliance or operational environments
* Strong understanding of regulatory or approval-driven environments
* Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent updates in a fast-paced setting
* Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to embed brand and behavioural science principles
* High attention to detail and strong risk awareness
* Experience managing controlled documents and version control frameworks
* A people leader who can coach, develop and drive accountability
* Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships whilst managing timelines and expectations
You Will
* Own consistency and alignment across all customer communications
* Manage end-to-end approval processes including ERM and insurer governance
* Oversee go-live readiness and testing standards
* Identify optimisation opportunities to improve clarity and customer experience
* Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory standards
* Lead and develop a high-performing communications team
