Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales process from listing to settlement
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct open homes, property appraisals, and private inspections
Negotiate and close deals with confidence and integrity
Work closely with marketing and admin teams to ensure seamless transactions
About You
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW)
Proven track record in residential property sales
Strong knowledge of the local property market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work autonomously
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
