We are seeking an experienced and capable Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a well-established hospitality business in the Avon Valley, located about 85 kilometres northeast of Perth.
The business includes accommodation, a liquor store, and a restaurant.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands how a hotel truly runs and is comfortable taking responsibility for both staff and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all venue operations with a focus on consistent performance
Overall management of hotel accommodation, restaurant, and liquor store operations
Set, manage, and achieve agreed revenue targets across all business areas
Understand, monitor, and manage financial performance, including revenue, costs, and margins
Staff supervision, training, and performance management
Ensuring compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations
Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation
Qualifications and Experience
At least 10 years proven experience in a senior hospitality management role.
Sound leadership skills and the ability to lead by example
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
