About the role
As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll empower people with disabilities to live safely, confidently, and independently in their own homes and community.
Your day may include:
* Personal care and daily living support
* Manual handling and routine assistance
* Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
* Encouraging independence, confidence, and social connection
* Working as part of a respectful, inclusive team
What you’ll need
* A current P2 or Opens Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
(or willingness to obtain — we’ll guide you through the process)
* Availability for a variety of shifts, including sleepovers
* A compassionate, dependable, and proactive approach
