What You'll Do
* Process accurate and timely weekly and monthly payroll across multiple business divisions
* Apply awards, enterprise agreements, employment contracts and legislative requirements to payroll processing
* Ensure timesheets, payroll changes and supporting documentation are received and actioned before payroll close
* Maintain accurate employee, pay and leave records across payroll and HRIS systems
* Calculate and process termination payments and prepare statutory documentation
* Respond to payroll enquiries and prepare payroll management and statutory reports
What You'll Bring
* 3–5 years' end to end payroll experience
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation, industrial awards and enterprise agreements
* Experience using payroll and HRIS systems (CHRIS21, Kronos and/or PageUp highly regarded)
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
* Clear, confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Intermediate to strong PC skills, including Excel and Word
