Role Description
We are seeking a Call Center Agent for a full-time, on-site role based in Charters Towers, QLD. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing information about services, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Agents will be expected to deliver excellent customer service and ensure accuracy while managing customer accounts and records.
Qualifications
* Customer service and communication skills to handle client interactions professionally and efficiently
* Problem‑solving, time management, and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in English and basic computer skills
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment
* Previous experience in call center operations is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are an advantage
