A global private capital platform with strong deployment momentum is expanding its Infrastructure Private Equity team. The firm invests across core, core‐plus and value‐add strategies, with an established and growing portfolio spanning energy, transport, digital infrastructure and essential services. The platform is known for its disciplined investment approach, institutional investor base and long‐term ownership mindset.
As a senior member of the investment team, the Vice President will play a leading role across origination, execution and portfolio management. The position carries full transaction ownership, including valuation, due diligence, structuring, financing and negotiation, alongside responsibility for coordinating internal and external advisors and delivering high‐quality Investment Committee materials. Ongoing involvement with portfolio companies will include operational improvement initiatives, capital optimisation, strategic projects and exit preparation, often through board participation or observer roles. The VP will also contribute to sector thesis development, junior team leadership and broader platform initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* 6-10 years' experience across infrastructure private equity or principal investing
* Complementary background in infrastructure M&A from a leading investment bank
* Strong track record executing complex transactions across energy, transport, digital or utilities
* Advanced financial modelling and valuation capability with sound commercial judgement
* Proven ability to lead transactions end‐to‐end and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
* Experience managing and mentoring Analysts and Associates
* Exposure to or involvement in fundraising, ESG integration or firm‐wide initiatives viewed favourably
* Confident, execution‐focused and comfortable operating in a high‐responsibility environment
