About the Role
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate Secondary Science teacher to teach Junior Mathematics, and Stage 6 Physics within a supportive K-12 school community. The position involves designing engaging, student‑centred learning experiences and contributing to a collaborative and caring teaching team. You will play a key role in fostering a safe, inspiring environment where students thrive. This is a full‑time, ongoing position commencing in Term 1 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Ability to create engaging, differentiated, student‑centred lessons.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Capacity to teach Stage 4‑5 Science, Junior Maths, and Stage 6 Physics.
* Demonstrated capacity to meet the professional expectations of the teaching profession as expressed by AITSL and NESA.
* Commitment to maintaining a safe and nurturing classroom environment.
You will have:
* A formal teaching qualification (degree level).
* A current NESA registration to teach in NSW – or be eligible to register with NESA.
* Demonstrated experience teaching high‑quality lessons to Stage 4‑5 Science, Junior Mathematics, and Years 11 & 12 Physics.
* A current Working with Children Check in NSW.
