A Funeral Arranger provides compassionate support to families during one of life's most challenging times, guiding them through the planning and coordination of funeral services. This role focuses on understanding each family's wishes and managing every detail to deliver a respectful, seamless, and memorable service.
What You'll Do
* Meet with families to arrange funerals in a warm, compassionate, and professional manner
* Coordinate all aspects of the service, including bookings and documentation
* Respond to phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and personal presentation
* Participate in our on-call roster for after‑hours support
* Proactively manage issues and remain calm under pressure
