About The Job
We are seeking a mid-career internal recruiter who brings exceptional hiring processes and interviewing skills. This trusted role offers autonomy and a varied scope: you'll manage end-to-end recruitment, support onboarding, update our HRIS, and assist with other HR coordination tasks. You'll have a real opportunity to shape a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact on our rapidly growing business. This is an in-office role based in Strathfield South.
You'll report directly to the People & Culture Manager. The role could be offered on a contract or part-time basis, with the potential to transition to full-time.
Internal Recruiter – Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, including CSRs, Buyer's Agents, and Property Strategists. Experience hiring these roles will be highly regarded.
* Direct point of contact for NSW, QLD, SA and WA offices for hiring matters.
* Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring process.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using proactive approaches.
* Coordinate and support onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the business.
* Update and maintain the HRIS with accurate candidate and employee records.
* Assist with HR coordination tasks, including supporting payroll, compliance, and employee documentation where needed.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide recruitment guidance.
* Promote a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
* Monitor recruitment metrics, provide reporting, and identify areas for process improvement.
* Help develop and implement effective hiring and onboarding processes to develop the business and improve workplace culture.
About You
* Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
* Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and recruitment tools
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Organized, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
* Mid-career level experience preferred.
