About the RoleAs a Test Analyst, you will interpret business and functional requirements, design and execute test plans, and document outcomes to ensure system changes improve efficiency, productivity, and compliance. You will work closely with developers, business stakeholders, and other testers to maintain high-quality standards across all software releases.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, pre-release, load/performance, and security tests.Ensure non-functional requirements (reliability, efficiency, usability, maintainability, portability, performance, security) are met.Promote automation testing where appropriate and maintain test suites and cases.Identify defects, risks, or issues and raise items on the backlog as required.Review test suites, designs, and test cases to ensure coverage and quality.Participate in knowledge sharing to ensure team information is accessible and up-to-date.Support multiple projects and work collaboratively in Agile teams.
About YouMinimum 4 years’ experience in a commercial testing environment.Strong understanding of testing practices and methodologies, including Agile.Proficiency in business process mapping.Experience leading or managing small to medium-sized software projects.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.Desirable: Tertiary IT qualification, ISTQB Foundation Certification, and experience with automation testing tools.
