Join an exciting NSW Government project supporting a major hospital redevelopment.
We're seeking a hands-on Workspace Support Technical Officer to assist with device builds, deployments, and frontline desktop support.
Role Overview
In this onsite role, you'll support the smooth operation of desktop environments and core business applications across the hospital.
You'll work as part of a collaborative ICT team to deliver timely, effective technical support.
Key Responsibilities
Build, configure and deploy PCs and devices on site.
Provide general desktop support and basic troubleshooting for users.
Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of ICT hardware and applications.
Action and resolve tickets assigned by the Service Desk.
Support ICT services delivered both on-premise and cloud-based.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative and customer-focused team culture.
What We're Looking For
Experience in desktop support, tech support, or device deployment.
Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
Strong customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability, communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Ability to work fully onsite.
