Role Overview:
The role of Clinical Psychologist is a key position within our organisation. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients with complex mental health needs
* Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, ACT, DBT, and person-centred and trauma-informed practices
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care and support to clients and their families
* Develop and implement cognitive and autism assessments, and provide feedback to clients and stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational standards and guidelines
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology
* Registration with AHPRA as a Clinical Psychologist or ability to become registered through a Registrar Program
* Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs and disabilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
