We are seeking a VR GP with an interest in mental health and neurodevelopmental care to join a specialised clinic located in the South of Brisbane This is a unique opportunity to step into a non-traditional GP setting, where you will work as the primary clinician in structured ADHD and neurodevelopmental assessments, supported by a multidisciplinary team With strong growth and increasing demand, the clinic offers a highly engaging and varied caseload, including ADHD, autism, anxiety, and other complex presentations. There is currently a 3-week waiting list, ensuring a consistent and reliable patient flow. About the role: Work as the lead clinician in neurodevelopmental and mental health presentations Structured, supported assessment model with extended consults Manage ongoing care with a focus on continuity and quality outcomes Highly varied and interesting case mix Work in a model designed around "slow medicine" and longer consults (typically 1 hour) Be part of an innovative, evolving model of care Excellent earning potential, above traditional GP roles Expect a consistent patient flow. Currently, there is a 3-week waiting list Opportunity to develop a special interest in ADHD and neurodevelopmental medicine. GPs with no prior experience in this area are encouraged to apply, as comprehensive training and ongoing support will be provided. Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including: Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists General Paediatrician Allied Health (Occupational Therapists & Clinical Psychologists) Requirements: Vocational Registration (FRACGP, FACRRM or equivalent) Interest in mental health, paediatrics, or neurodevelopmental conditions Availability 1-2 days per week initially Interested?
