As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best-in-class HR strategies that align with business objectives. This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, remuneration, and workforce planning. You will also work closely with senior leadership to enhance culture, engagement, and employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Develop and drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent while ensuring workforce planning aligns with business growth and operational needs.Performance & Talent Management – Oversee performance management frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives to build a strong talent pipeline.Learning & Development – Champion training, coaching, and leadership programs that empower employees at all levels and foster continuous learning.Employee Engagement & Culture – Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.HR Compliance & Policy Management – Ensure HR policies, processes, and employment practices align with legislation, industry best practices, and business objectives.Remuneration & Benefits – Manage salary structures, incentive programs, and employee benefits to attract and retain talent while ensuring market competitiveness.Payroll & HR Systems – Oversee payroll operations and ensure HR systems are optimized for efficiency and compliance.Workplace Health & Safety Oversight – Work closely with WHS professionals to ensure workplace safety policies, risk management, and compliance measures are effectively implemented.What We’re Looking For:Qualifications – A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is highly regarded.
