We are hiring a Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day marketing for our 6 thriving hospitality and accommodation brands located in the Broome and Kimberley regions.

About This Exciting Role
This Marketing Manager position forms a key part of our head office management team. Reporting to our experienced Operations Manager, you'll have end-to-end responsibility for the marketing function across the group: planning, coordination, execution, reporting and analysis.
Seasonal fluctuations and the different types of businesses means the marketing calendar is always full of diverse and interesting campaigns - which means no two days are the same in this hands-on role
As the Marketing Manager you'll:
* Plan, project manage and execute a wide range of marketing campaigns and activities across social media, email marketing, events, activations, digital and print media
* Update and maintain websites for each brand (using WordPress and Squarespace)
* Form great relationships with our Venue Managers, including regularly travelling onsite to guide local social media and marketing campaigns
* Prepare marketing plans, budgets and reports with a strong focus on data and recommendations to the executive team
* Be the key point of contact for external marketing relationships and industry contacts such as agents, wholesalers, media etc.
* Attend trade and industry shows and networking events to represent the brand and source new opportunities
About YOU
To excel in this role, you'll have at least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience (as a Marketing Assistant, Coordinator, or Manager) plus a marketing qualification.
You'll also have:
* Hands-on experience across both traditional and digital marketing campaigns (bonus points for FMCG, hospitality or alcohol brands)
* Experience booking campaigns and briefing creative agencies
* Strong skills in preparing and analysing data and creating reports (Google Analytics, social media analytics, Excel and Microsoft Office essential)
* Experience working with budgets and planning in annual, quarterly and monthly cycles (bonus points if you've created budgets and forecasts from scratch)
* Proven ability to maintain and update websites (WordPress essential)
* Experience with CRMs and creating effective email marketing campaigns
* A strong eye for design and fluency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
* High attention to detail, strong initiative, and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both internally and externally
* A genuine desire to join a business for the long term, make an impact, and develop yourself personally and professionally
