About the role
We are seeking a permanent part-time Receptionist and Administrator to join our team. This is a job share role, and the days of work will be Thursday and Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. There will be opportunities to work additional hours to provide leave coverage.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Reception & Administration Support, you will:
* Be the welcoming face and voice of Coogee Queensland.
* Manage incoming calls and direct queries efficiently.
* Greet internal and external clients in a courteous and professional manner.
* Handle general office duties including mail, couriers, and ordering supplies.
* Provide administrative support across the Queensland group.
* Maintain site induction registers and assist with travel arrangements.
* Organize catering for meetings and support event management.
* Create purchase orders, maintain accounts, and set up suppliers in our systems.
The successful candidate
* Previous experience in reception or administration (1–3 years preferred).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel); Oracle experience is a bonus.
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Professional telephone manner and a positive attitude aligned with company values.
