ROLE PURPOSE Responsible for controlling all aspects of the tactics and operations of sales in the defined geographical area and contributes to the on-going strategic development of the sales environment. MISSION Your mission will be to maximise margins, profits, and customer satisfaction. But also, it is critical to maximise the efficiency of sales operations. ROLE The position reports to the Managing Director, Australia, and New Zealand. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Country, sub-Regional or Regional level responsibility for sales achievement in line with corporate strategies and the delivery of quality services to Company clients. Country or sub-Regional responsibility for achievement of sales targets. Role covers management of new business development, enterprise sales and / or specialist and product sales. Development of service offerings in line with market demands, in liaison with sales and sales related functional groups. Development of resources to ensure skill levels match both current and future operational requirements. Responsibility for: Managing the local sales qualification process Commitment of the business pipeline for business process planning Account planning Administrating the commission planning, implementation, and payment process. Maintenance and development of customer satisfaction through efficient task management and communication. Country liaison with third party suppliers and vendors and management of the on-going relationship. Support sales staff by leveraging additional sales related resources for specific prospective bids. Career management of reporting Sales staff. Graduate level or equivalent with a background of sales in a telecommunication or network integration company. An industry leader in managing large and complex sales deals 10 - 15 years in the telecom and/or IT industry in related work experience with strong business and financial acumen Strong leadership skills, results driven, excellent sales and organisational skills, must demonstrate success in achieving sales targets and closing deals with large enterprises in Australia A record of strong performance in sales revenue generation, consistently exceeding goals Understanding of network and network related services market Expertise in crafting compelling solutions and value propositions: Clear demonstrable experience in addressing specific customer needs and pain points, highlighting the business impact of relevant and available solutions Deep understanding of the digital infrastructure landscape: This includes data centers, cloud computing, network solutions, security, and emerging technologies like IoT and AI Has managed a business >$50M USD Global Opportunities: Work in multi-national teams with opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and customers from all over the world.
