Registered Health Care Professional
You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering treatments and medications, monitoring vital signs, and promoting health and wellness.
This role requires a skilled healthcare professional who can work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex information to patients and families, and provide emotional support during challenging times.
The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to problem-solve and manage time efficiently.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $106,885, plus superannuation and penalties. You will also receive up to 6 weeks of annual leave and access to an employee wellbeing and safety program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and plan individualised care based on resident needs
* Administer interventions such as medications and treatments according to care plans
* Monitor and report resident conditions to the medical team
* Promote health by educating residents and families on wellness and illness prevention
* Coordinate care by collaborating with doctors and allied health professionals
Requirements:
* A good understanding of contemporary clinical practice and leadership in a residential or community setting
* Excellent communication skills and confidence to lead and contribute to a team
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
* Ability to problem-solve and negotiate
