Purpose of the Role The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for leading and enhancing the organisation’s quality assurance and food safety systems. This role ensures compliance with SQF, ISO, FSANZ, and other industry standards while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining product integrity, optimising processes, managing audits, and engaging cross-functional teams to uphold both regulatory and operational standards. Experience 5 years in a quality assurance role within food, ingredients, or FMCG sectors. Strong knowledge of SQF, FSANZ, HACCP, GMP, and internal audit frameworks. Proven experience developing and executing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Hands-on experience with internal/external audits, including managing non-conformances. Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments.
