This is a dynamic role where you will be at the forefront of driving our RPP compliance and process improvement, becoming an integral member of our District Finance team. This position is responsible for managing the accounting of Rights of Private Practice (RPP) activities, including Staff Specialist billings, drawings, and medical indemnity insurance reimbursements. The incumbent will also be responsible for VMO accrual and expenditure reporting and various RPP GL Reconciliations, and act as District Admin for TESL applications and RPP System.The HSM 1 Accountant reports directly to HSM 2 RPP Accountant and indirectly to Finance Business Partner – RFA. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values each member’s skills and perspectives. While flexible working arrangements are supported, the successful candidate is expected to be available during key financial periods such as month-end reporting to meet strict deadlines.What You'll Be DoingThe purpose of the position is to manage the Rights of Private Practice (RPP) accounting for Staff Specialists Billings, Drawings, Medical Indemnity Insurance reimbursements and TESL.
