Head Chef & Sous Chef - Cams Wharf Tavern
Salary: $80,000-$95,000
THE ROLE
Iris Hotel Group spans multiple, well known, large turnover venues within the Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter Valley, with a variety of dining and entertainment offerings.
We are looking for a Head Chef and Sous chef to take charge of Cams Wharf Tavern, located within Raffety's resort on the shores of stunning Lake Macquarie.
The right people for these roles will have experience in producing food of a very high quality and consistency with a focus on fresh seafoods and pub classics. You must be a driven individual that enjoys the rush of a busy service and is adept at managing every area of the kitchen. You will have the opportunity to build your kitchen team and will lead by example in these varied roles.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience
Previous head chef/sous chef experience within a similar fast-paced environment
The ability to run a smooth, organised service
Team leadership skills
