Coastal Caravans NQ is excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new caravan dealership in Townsville, established in response to strong and growing demand across North Queensland.
We are now seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead this new dealership from the ground up. This is a senior leadership role offering genuine autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to build a high-performing sales operation in a growing regional market.

About the Role
As Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and presentation of the Townsville dealership. You will motivate and lead your team, be accountable for achieving targets set by management, and ensure every customer interaction delivers an exceptional experience.
Your sales portfolio will include:
* Full-size caravans
* Hybrid campers
* Pop-tops
* Pods
* and accessories
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Take full accountability for branch performance, conversion rates, and results
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service from enquiry through to handover
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional dealership environment
* Ensure compliance with company processes, WHS requirements, and ethical sales practices
* Act as the key leadership and reporting point between the branch and senior management
About You
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar sales management or branch leadership role
* Background in the caravan, RV, motor vehicle, automotive, marine, or high-value retail industries
* Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance in a target-driven environment
* Strong working knowledge of computer-based sales systems, CRM, and quoting platforms
* Commercially minded, organised, and accountable
* Leads by example with a strong customer-first mindset
