Responsibilities
* Deliver evidence-based assessments and therapy to a paediatric caseload.
* Provide direct, family-based, and community-based support to children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care.
* Engage with families and stakeholders to provide education, support, and advocacy.
* Continuously evaluate and refine your practice to ensure best-practice service delivery.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration.
* A passion for working with children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a diverse, team-based environment.
* Excellent time management and attention to detail.
* Experience with paediatric clients and confidence working closely with families is highly valued.
* Up-to-date compliance checks (or willingness to obtain): WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence & Vehicle.
