This is a 100% remote position and focused on driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in the APAC region – Mining.
Responsibilities
Meet all sales and operational targets set within the agreed deadlines.
Tailor sales strategies to the regional market.
Report to the Global Head of Sales on regional sales, KPI tracking and pipeline management.
Ensure correct usage of customer relationship management and other sales applications.
Upskill the market in Forwood products, support product launches, development and identification.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
Collaborate with other teams on sales initiatives.
Seek out new customers and sales opportunities to build the pipeline and increase revenues.
Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition through proposals and presentations including education and training in products and technologies.
Understand industry landscapes and trends, reporting on forces that could shift budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Work effectively within a high-performing, cross-functional, remote team to deliver on sales targets and company goals.
Ideal Candidate Considerations
Deal Sizes: Experience handling high-value SaaS deals, typically above US$200K, with an average sales cycle of 6+ months.
Sales Strategy & Methodology: Strategic approach to closing complex SaaS deals, including pipeline management and weekly planning to land Tier 1 and Tier 2 deals.
Enterprise SaaS Sales Experience: At least 8+ years in Senior Sales Executive roles selling complex SaaS solutions into large enterprises.
Quota Attainment: Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas of US$1M+.
Proactive Sales Approach: Experienced with BDR roles.
Experience in recent logo acquisition with a hunter mentality.
Multi-Channel Prospecting: Active LinkedIn presence used for outreach and other channels.
Executive Presence: Ability to sell into large enterprises and communicate with senior levels.
Track Record & Tenure: Longer tenure in previous roles with accessible sales numbers over the past 4–5 years.
Adaptable: Comfortable in a fast-moving setting with evolving processes.
