KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio
2. Liaising with landlords and tenants daily
3. Supporting leasing, ingoings, routines, and condition reports
4. Arrears management and rental reviews
5. Maintenance and repair coordination
6. Assisting with accounts processes
7. Supporting NCAT matters when required
ABOUT YOU
8. Experience in Property Management, Leasing, or BDM essential
9. Holds COR or Class 2 licence
10. Strong communicator with excellent time management
11. Confident managing a busy, high-volume portfolio
12. Problem solver who stays calm under pressure
13. Team-focused but capable of working autonomously
