Office Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Assistant to join our team. As an Office Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for a stable and rewarding office role with a supportive team culture.

The responsibilities of this position include managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, invoicing, and bank reconciliations. You will also be responsible for handling front desk operations, including answering calls and responding to emails, as well as coordinating office supplies and meetings. In addition, you will maintain WHS documentation, training records, and emergency procedures.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a challenging and varied role with opportunities for growth and development. If you have previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.

About You:
- Previous experience in an administrative or bookkeeping role
- Solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Confident using Microsoft Office software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliable, organized, and approachable individual who enjoys variety and being the go-to person in the office
