Provide high-level secretarial support to solicitors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
Managing and maintaining all administrative aspects of files.
Skills and experience:
Experience with legal software.
Preparing legal documents and correspondence including compiling briefs, preparing Court documents and assisting with Court preparation.
Liaising with clients, medical professionals, lawyers and barristers.
Arranging meetings and managing lawyers diaries.
Attending to filing of Court documents online (via the Court registry and Personal Injury Commission). Basic knowledge of court filing procedures is required. and much more
Skills and experience:
Proven experience in personal injury secretarial role is preferred.
A minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience is required.
Be able to work independently and autonomously as well as part of a team.
The ability to work efficiently and under pressure is essential.
High attention to detail.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and outlook.
Some experience with Smokeball would also be desirable.
Has a willingness to learn and has the ability to demonstrate initiative and is enthusiastic.
A professional presentation.
