As the Branch Manager of our Dalby branch, you'll step into a well‐established rural retail and service hub spanning across Merchandise, Fertiliser, Livestock, Real Estate, Insurance and Finance. In this pivotal role, you'll drive business growth, lead a high‐performing team, and make a meaningful impact across the local agricultural community.
What You'll Do
* Build strong relationships with local producers and drive sales of agricultural products and merchandise
* Mentor, support and develop the branch team to deliver professional, efficient, high‐quality service in‐store and out in the field
* Collaborate with the agronomy team to support cotton and other crop programs across the region
* Strengthen livestock engagement and expand market presence in Queensland's second‐largest cattle selling centre and feedlot hub
