We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 96-bed aged care home. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and leadership, with experience in rostering and financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
* Drive continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
* Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and the wider community
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes
