What you’ll be doing
- Provide Level 1–2 technical support/administration across multiple client environments
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve or escalate technical issues
- Carry out on-site client visits as needed (you’ll be the friendly face of the team)
- Keep documentation accurate and up to date
- Recommend improvements and better ways of working
- Support senior project delivery from time to time
What you’ll bring
- Prior MSP experience across a mix of: Windows, AD, O365, Azure, Exchange/Outlook, VMware/Hyper-V, Citrix, Intune, Backup/DR, Networking, Mac/JAMF (don’t need them all – training provided!)
- Networking knowledge highly regarded
- Experience with ticketing/monitoring tools
- Based in Brisbane and available for on-site client visits
- Great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Positive, customer-driven approach – friendly and professional
- Able to multitask, juggle priorities and stay organised
- A genuine team player who’s ready to step in wherever needed
- Enjoys variety, fast-paced environments and embracing change
