Centre Manager - Charlestown
We’re on the lookout for a confident and motivated Centre Manager to take the lead at a thriving, well-established early learning service.

About the role:
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management and day-to-day operations of the service. This role is entirely off-the-floor and will work closely with an experienced Assistant Director, strong Educational Leader and long-standing team dedicated to maintaining childcare excellence and fostering positive relationship with children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver high-quality childcare and education
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
* Build strong relationships with families and the community
* Oversee staff performance, mentoring, and professional development
* Manage daily operations, enrolments, and occupancy

About you:
The successful candidate will have the following;
* Minimum 2+ years experience as a Centre Manager
* Diploma or ECT qualified
* Valid WWCC
* Experience in leadership and a support mentor
* Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and childcare regulations
* Great communication skills and the ability to build great relationships
* Good organisational and administrative skills
* A passion for childcare and committed to child safety
* Strong knowledge of child protection and processes
