What we're looking for
We're seeking an individual who can consistently deliver exceptional patient care with kindness, helpfulness, and compassion. As part of our team, you will play an important role in ensuring every patient feels supported and valued throughout their experience. A strong focus on customer service will also be required, helping us maintain the highest standards of care.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting staff and medical officers to maintain efficient operating lists
* Providing high-quality care and assistance to patients throughout their stay
* Preparing theatres and equipment for procedures and cleaning after each case
* Assisting with patient transfers and maintaining a safe, tidy environment
* Managing linen, waste disposal, and restocking supplies across all areas
* Handling ordering, unpacking, and goods receipting for supplies and medical gases
* Replenishing scrubs, linen, and food items as directed by the In-Charge Nurse
About you
* Experience as an operating theatre orderly or in a similar role
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills to support the clinical team
* Exceptional customer service and a professional, friendly manner
* Clear communication skills, both verbal and over the phone
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
